Hello, I opened GIC account in 2014. And due to some reason I deferred enrollment and took refund from GIC account. Now I am again going to apply for fall 2016 for another institute. Do I need to open another account? Or I can use the existing one?
I tried to login through secure mail service but it shows an error saying user account not found. So does it mean my account is deactivated and I will have to open another?
Please help me out.
