Hi all,
I moved after submitting my citizenship application and therefore have a new driver's license with my new address. Do you think it would be a problem when I go to my citizenship test/interview and they see that my driver's license is different from the one I had submitted with the application? I had my address changed at a ServiceOntario and I still have the original address change confirmation print out they gave me. I have changed my address with CIC as well and the new address shows on e-CAS.
Thanks.
No. People are allowed to move.
You updated your address with CIC.
There is no issue.

I did exactly the same thing. On interview day I asked the agent if he wants to make a copy of my new DL he said " no need we have your new address on file".
No worries. You did the right thing. Hope E case shows your new address.

Thanks for confirming. Just wanted to check

Better to be over prepared than under prepared.
What if the license is only a renewal (same address, new renewal date and updated pic)? Do you have to tell CIC about a renewed DL? Or just bring both of them to the interview?

You don't keep your expired DL. Renewal of ID's is not a crime. There's nothing to worry. ;D
