New docs and IELTS requirement from Jan 2nd?

Hello All, I am just checking if there will be any change in the documents and IELTS requirement from Jan 2nd. I dont see that udpated in the website, I want to send my application end of this month and I dont want to fall under new category with new documents unless there are any postal delays for my application to reach after Jan 2nd. So if my application reaches before Jan 2nd its well and good, if not, I should also comply with the new rules and documents.
If the documents and requirements are same, it dont really matter for me.

Please let me know.

Does anyone think there would be document changes for the new CEC from Jan 2nd?

Not sure , we have wait and see for new rules.

I think docs might not change.
