New Delhi Visa Office requests photocopy of all pages of passport, notarize all?

Hi,
The New Delhi Visa Office requests photocopy of all the pages of Passport. Do we need to notarize all the copies of pages of the passport?
Is it okay if we just notarize the pages that contain information about the applicant (bio-data page) as most of the pages are blank. Applicants who have applied to New Delhi Visa Office, please advise.

No need to notarize any page of passport, just plain photocopy of all pages of passport.Old and new one of all the members.

As per the Visa office requirements, it says all the copies must be notarized and as a general trend and review from forum members CHC, ND has not asked for the notarized copies again if some one has just sent plain copies but if I would have been in your place, I would have sent all notarized copies as it doesn't leave any room for VO/IO
