Visa applied: March 18, 2020
Request for a medical test: July 28, 2020
Medical test passed update: August 17, 2020
Biometric correspondence letter: August 25, 2020
no update since then

My son application approved on 15 June get passport request and still waiting for visa stamp and waiting for response from Delhi commission and my son is just 8 years and student in Canada but his travel visa expired and now classes are starting and he is in India we both parents are in Canada really hard

exactly same got my biometrics letter on 21st august but waiting for the VFS centers to get reopen.

NO Study permit it is for:
applied for VISA on 20 july
Got 1st stage or AIP on 3rd september
But the main thing is biometrics.

My name is Ashish, I am a permeant resident of Canada. I am India right now because of emergency. I lost my PR card here and applied for the PRTD. I got a call in this morning from Canadian High Commission and agent said they got my voluntarily renounce permanent resident application. But i didn't apply for it. I already fill web form for it. But anyone can tell me how i Contact New Delhi Visa office to make sure what is happing.

"voluntarily renounce permanent resident application" is different from PRTD. Renouncing your PR status means that you have voluntararirly asked to revoke your PR status.

Did you apply for PRTD online, if yes, then you should have it in your MyCIC account.
