Hi can anyone please answer this?
I called up IRCC and they said my application is at NDVO, I'm a FSW-O applicant from India
does this mean NDVO is the secondary visa office or primary?
I've cleared my medicals and biometrics have been submitted

have you ordered GCMS notes? You can check your primary office somewhere in the first 3 pages, if I remember correctly.

Wait for 6-7 months I would say - you don't want to order your GCMS notes if there's not much progress

I am Oct 2018 FSWO applicant. File moved to NDVO in Feb 2020. Last update I got is in Dec 2020 that an interview is required. No update after that.

ordered notes about 2 months ago and nothing yet, last time i ordered notes took only 16 days. Canada IRCC is such a mess during Covid times.

Under the current pandemic situation, no one can answer about the time it takes, the situation is changing for better and I guess the NDVO has started working again, just sit tight and hope for the best. Just to give you an idea go through my time line (I know its not the standard, but may be one of the worse delays), Just be prepared, cross your fingers and hope for the best..
