regarding the processing of the file, the CHC states that we would be having 120 days dead line to prepare the documentation that's all if you are ready with all the documents and the supporting documents required you can send the file immediately after you get the AOR from the CIO NS and there is no procedure or any document that says that it will be opened only after the completion of dead line because one of my friend who sent the full docs to CHC ND did get a letter from CHC ND in about 10 to 12 days which was way before his dead line. I said they will start processing it after 120 days or might even before depending upon the work load, NOC quota etc. The letter that is received within 1 week is the AOR or RPRF fee. By 120 limit i mean they will start processing it after 120 days since they also have systems in place.
Wish you all very Happy Holidays and a Happy New year in advance.
I would like to request every member who has information about this can share opinion on it.
My current online status is In Process since last 45 days but no Meds and Ppr. There is an applicant who got rejection where his detailed ecas showed "we started processing your application on August 2009" and "Decision made on your application Dec 09" this is before medical. I have asked the same question to that applicant also whether his status was In Process or Rec by visa office as he got a letter of rejection where it states he has not performed enough duties. Now as far as I know In Process means eligible and eligible means as per our documents we are eligible and application processing has began. I am worried now since 45 days no meds and ppr and its creating tensions. Any one who has any information on it, then please share.
I am looking for some information regarding the PPR. Visa office has asked for the PPR, RPRF and Medicals. I have finished my medicals and prepared RPRF. I sent all my required documents and Passports to CHC. I am now worried how they are going to return my passports? I am not asked for anything else besides the return address of the passport. How does CHC send my passports? Do they use FedEx or DHL for returning the passports?
Very Strange
An applicant got rejection after status changed to In process and then to decision made and simple explanation given to him was that he is not eligible as per the job duties mentioned. This is really stupidity on the part of London Visa office as if the applicant was not eligible then the status should not have been changed to In Process.
Hi Deepak,
Congratulations once again.
All I wanted to know is what is the date given on the letter for its typing and stamping.
and where do you actually reside now.
