anyone Air Canada ? will we get baggage allowance of 3 bags on Air canada, if we show student visa ?

Go for British Airways or Cathay Pacific if you're looking to carry 3 check in bags. I.e. 23 kgs each. As far as I know these 2 airlines are offering 3 bags allowance for international students at the moment. Air Canada would only allow you to carry 2 check in bags.

Etihad airways is allowing max luggage i.e 20+20 for main luggage and 8 kg handbag

While booking the ticket on makemytrip.com or yatra.com it shows 2 bags only. But once you book the ticket you have to call the respective operator and let them know that you're traveling as a student. They'll make the necessary changes and also mail you once they update the same to 3 check in bags. i.e 23 kg each, total 69 kgs. And 10 kg + laptop bag separate for cabin. Only carriers like British Airways and Cathay Pacific are offering 3 check in bags only for students as of now.

i talked to yatra's representative he said u can carry 3 bags in student fare n student fare is higher dan economy..

First book your ticket. Then call them and tell them to update it to 3 check-in bags as you will be traveling as a student. 3 of my friends including my brother have already done it.
