Hi,
I have a question here for my PCC,,,I submitted my/spouse PCC to ND CHC along with all the documents and application on 14 April 2010, The PCCs are dated 26 March 2010. However at this stage when hopefully my background checks are underway and Passports are already submitted to CHC on 26 March 2011,, do you see any possibility of CHC asking me for new PCC since those PCCs which CHC have are more than one year older....
Regards

Hi Vinay,

As you submitted one year older pcc to chc, so you may need to submit fresh pcc's.

Sandeep,,
When I submitted the PCCs they were just a month older,, however as the processing time passes and now after March 2011, the PCC with the CHC got expired,,,Is applicant at fault for CHC taking documents and keeping it with them for about a year,, till they expire,,I believe the IELTs score card is also valid for a year,,,,and if they ask for these documents again and sit on them agin for a year,,,,will thi vicious circle ever be over........

Hi Vinay,

Chill man, don't worry. There is no need of fresh pcc, as you already submitted your pp, medicals and rprf.

hi arun

i submitted full docs to NDVO on 16-6-2010.

and submitted PP, RPRF, Medical on 2-2-2011

but still not hope so far..........

little bit disagree here.. the processing time counts from the date CHC receives our file.. i.e. our File Transfer Date..
