You don't need to carry any forms except b4A. That too is required only if you are going to have goods shipped to Canada after you reach there. For PR card you have to give only your Canada address to IO. Not even photos are required.
Take your laptop along. Get a universal adapter too. Mobile you are using in India won't work in Canada. Rest take whatever you can carry within your free baggage allowance. I don't think it is worth it carrying goods along paying for extra baggage. Electronic goods are quite cheap in Canada.
Take driving experience letter from the licensing authority, as well.

Small Query.. I have applied through NOC 0631 and my agent in Canada says that the application has been sent to CIO on the 20th April '11. However, the cap for the Category was filled up on the 19th itself.
In such a case, does the CIO returns the application sent to them. If they do, within how many days ?
If they don't, do they keep it till the 1st July'11, when they start accepting the applications?
My consultant informed me an hour back that they received my and my families passports back with Visa stamped on it today afternoon.
They are verifying the details and will despatch it to me in 2-3 days.
Then I went and checked my status on cic website. It is still showing "In process" but address has disappeared, which was there last Tuesday (I didnt check status after that).
Though I did not write many posts on this forum but quickly reading your posts have given me update about what was going on. Thanks to you all..
Thanks for coming ahead and sharing your details.. but I see your e-cas is RBVO, so there may be rare case you would have completed your medical or PPR.. so lets wait for your MR/PPR, as we are tracing the people who have completed medical or has received the passport request or already dispatched..
Hope you wont mind.. and my Best wishes to get the medical and passport request soon..
