I m having an idea of making call to New Delhi office about the delay and make query about the current status of my file.. Please give your suggestions about the positive and negative sides of making call ..

ONE MORE THING ..IN A DOCUMENT IT IS MENTIONED THAT CPR FORM IS ATTACHED FOR EACH PERSON...BUT I DIDN'T RECIVE ANY CPR FORM...JUST ONE INSTRUCTION DOCUMENT AND OTHER IS "ENERIC DOCUMENT-3 PART DESTRIBUTION"

I got ackowledge for receiving the RPRF fee 3 weeks back.
Status still shows "progress".
Can anyone let me know as how much time it will take ?
