Looking at your medicals completion, I am kind of very positive that you will get it in few days or at maximum, by Tuesday next week. Hope you have requested to return pp only after stamping with CHC, since you have waited this long and its too close.

Dear nSukan,
We can't tell visa office to expedite issuing of visa. They invariably reply that they can issue visa only after completing all checks. And they have no control on duration of completing security checks, etc, as they are carried out by other agencies. I have requested them to return my passport as i need it. Why put present job in peril? Isn't a bird in hand worth two in the bush? Even if they return my passport unstamped, they won't take months for issuing visas next time around. Yes, it may delay my case. But that is not going to make any difference as i don't intend to land in Canada during peak winters.

Yes. But i have guessed it for the medical completion month, which is October, 2010, where you are on the top again. So probably the next visa..

HI,

My passport was submitted on 11th December and 15th December CHC called me to check the status of my wife's med report as that was not received.

On 29th December they received the Med report of my wife too.

Today I checked the bank and the DD (RPRF DD) was encashed on 23rd December

Now waiting for Visa....any guess ?

I received a call from my brother that one lady called up from Canadian Embessy wanted to talk to me or my wife. My brother said that I am out of station. My wife was also not available at the time . The lady was speaking punjabi and said that she will call back again after 1 hour .

Had u got the call again?? what did she asked?? Even my husband got the call from CHC as I had already told.....bt it was on 22/12/2010...
