Hi Ankit,

I am back to India and have sent my PP to CHC on December 10th and they should be receiving it by 13th December. Please update my status.

Also I made a small mistake.

I sent the updated Travel History Form, my actual exit date from Canada is 8th Dec and I reached India on 9th December but by mistake I mentioned the exit date as 9th December. What should I do now?
