Brother one thing is certain that they are surely following the transfer date as you have got the VISA ......Now i guess it is my turn.....Believe me totally frustrated with this wait.....I guess you are right on ecas changing after getting the VISA as it has happened to some ppl....check your ecas today it will throw more light on the issue.....

i assume that mine would come by Jan 2011 mid provided they cover all the October PP submission candidates (Jan file transfer)...
