New powers allowing the Citizenship and Immigration Minister to reject an applicant to Canada who has already been deemed admissible by immigration officers, set limits on what types of immigrants can have their applications processed each year, and require that ineligible persons applying for residence on humanitarian grounds to already be in Canada when they apply.
NDVO is changing the Fees from 11th June 2012 due to Currency Fluctuation.

Skilled Worker applicants including Provincial nominees
Principal applicant INR 29,150 = CA $550
A family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older, or is less than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner : INR 29,150 = CA $550
A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner : INR 7,950 = CA $150
Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) INR 25,970 = CA $490

I am not trying to discourage you here. I submitted my passports on 26th may and my medicals by may 13th(sent by doctor). My consultant or representative address appeared on the page since monday. I am not sure if address reappearance can be a right indicator because i am pretty sure that ndvo wont be able to make a decision within 1 or 2 weeks as my pcc verification make take them atleast a month. Correct me if am wrong.

It is very difficult to predict NDVO procedure, I have seen some cases got DM & PP back with visa within 20 days of submission of PP & Medical.
And you can take my case also....Medical done on 22nd Nov 2011, Re-medical reports has reached to NDVO on 21.02.2012, Medical Received line also appear on Ecas 05.03.2012 but still no news for PP request.
So it is very difficult to Predict NDVO procedure and timeline.
