I'm sick and tired of this wait..Since December 2011, I've been waiting for my passports..Hmmmm..

Now, because I am in a foreign land with my family, I feel very insecure not having my passport with me. Will it affect my chances if I ask for our passports back and then whenever NDVO is ready to issue the visa, I can resubmit..Has anyone done this?

Really it is very risky not to have PP when you are in foreign land. I have requested PP for Visa renewal and NDVO returned back also. But now they are not requesting again...Every thing is completed, even Medical Received Line also appeared in E-case since 5.03.2013 but nothing is moving after that.

So you have waited for almost 6 months, wait little bit more...

Hi Members..I'm a very new member here and wants to share experience of new added baby into process for only MI-3 applicants.My timeline is, NOC 3215 and I've applied on 06/12/11, Got PER on 17/01/12 and AOR on 21/02/12..We were bless with a Son on 07/02/12.
I requested CHC NDVO to updated my family info with new born baby on 19/03/12 and our DD got cashed after a week..We are still waiting for Medical from New Delhi..How long it can take to get MR

Any MI-3 member have added a baby to "in process" case please share time line..I'll be heartily thankful to you for this

hi bro can check from bank that our RPRF (DD)got encashed so i done that and my bank confirmed that my dd got encashed so you can also check with your bank.......GOD BLESS ALL

will it be a problem if i submit the dd before the deadlines and the money gets encashed after the deadline?. in my case my representative sent the money so i am not sure through whcih bank they sent the dd. i paid the rprf amount to them via my uncle's card. They acknowleged it and told me they have sent it. Thats all i know. kindly throw light on this.

He friends i just c2hecked with bank today and they told me that My RPRF got encashed 16 MAY 2012 so just waiting for Visa what you guys recon when will i get passport back a million dollars question........GOD BLESS ALL

please tell what u ask ur bank so that they confirm that NDVO encashed ur draft.
in my point of view:encashed draft means that money transfer in NDVO account?

Yes they requested and I obtained it from Kuwait and Submitted to NDVO.

dear friends i checked my ecas today showing decision made but my indian mailing address reappeared not canada address as with others. is it worrisome. medicals pcc passports received by ndvo on 24 april2012 medical line appeared on 30 april2012 and draft encashed on 3 may2012. now decision made on 3 june2012 with address re appearance my mailing address. dr bhatia

congrats mine decision made too on 3rd june but my indian mailing address appeared along with dm not canadian address . wht abt urs address. is it canadian address. dr bhatia

I am awaiting "decison made" status on my e case. I submitted my passports on march 26th to ndvo. I opened the ecase update and it shows "update your mailing address" link that gives me an option to update my mailing address. The address mentioned by default was my lawyer campbell cohens office address in montreal. Is this a good sign? can anyone throw light on this?

Hi dr bhatia.mine is canadian address on left side and indian mailing address on right side.don,t worry on left side u wil oul soon get ur destination address.congratulations!! Anyways.wish u a gud life
