Hello all,

my question is to all our friends who sent passports in july - 14 oct. Did you guys checked is the draft has been encashed?

and do we get the receipt mailed to our house for that ?

Please advice.

hi simon how r u ? i have deposited my passport on 19th october. the bank deducted the amount on the same day i made draft for embassy. coz the draft that i got from the bank has got the sender as bank himself. i think its the way how these draft r made. and i dont kno when emsassy is goin to deduct money from the bank or ven happened. i dn kno but tomoro i will inquire about this. u raised a good point. 2) no i havnt got any reciept from the embassy till now. do we r supposed to get reciept ?

Simon...jacob Brothers....yes they do send the receipt for RPRF as a matter of fact my consultants recd the receipt yesterday only....Wait you will receive the same shortly

I was able to send the PP today. Now Probably need to sit back and relax for couple of months and use this time to prepare for landing.

CAforCA what is update on your child's PP. di you get it?

I am still waiting for my meds request, i do have foreign travel history for around 2 months to UK.
Does it cause any delay in issuing my medicals??.

Ankit u got meds request in 1 week , do u have any foreign travel history?

I have read on forum that Foriegn Travel history delays Medicals but I am not sure how applicable it has been in my case

I have travel and stay history of 5 different Countries inclusing US, Europe and Japan. I have also provided FBI PCC from US as stay was over six months

Hi Ankit,
I have not been able to send my passports as I am still waiting for my son's passport and also I might have to step out of the country for a a week or so. I am trying to juggle all this, I do have a the limit extension up to 12th December. Hopefully, I will have the passports mailed till that time. I hope the stamping takes less time as I am postponing many of my trips already.

My medicals were done in Delhi at Sadhu Vaswani Med Centre by Dr. (Mrs) Malkit Law. Dr. was rude though

Surprisingly she is not more on DMP list since 31st Oct

so far didn't get the medicals..After submitting my full documents to ND visa office I have travelled abroad (short visit to US & Malaysia) a month back and I have updated that information to ND Visa office 2 weeks back. After that my status got into process ..In my case only short visits of 2 weeks each..Does this affect any delay in getting medicals compared to others having more than 3 months stay...
