I feel what you have now makes sense since the logic of 40 days from medical request is not true given the figures for people getting their visa stamped. We can take out the column which has only working days as there can be many holidays which you are including in working days. But all in all the table looks great ..nice effort.

CHC, Delhi may be officially closed only on the days you have mentioned. But many senior officials go on leave during this part of the year, resulting in very slow movement in visa processing.
