Technically you are right
That data that is shown on page of ecas is dynamically derived and unless any change is made to structure of a webpage date never changes as data always comes from database not the webpage as its a font-end.

How long will it take to receive the passports once decision is made.....as I am not in the city, i wanted to ask someone to keep track of it when it comes....
The only thing that annoyed me was why structural change to font-end result in ecas data change on same day , as i observed certain people talking on forum that they got medical or visa.
