Hi Guys,

I want to ask you couple of questions:

1) What is the status of the interview column when you get an interview in the IRCC portal online where we link the file upon getting an interview ? Usually it says "You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes"

2) Which stage you usually get an interview before starting background check or afterwards ?

they send u email for interview and email for details of interview timing and background will go in process usually once interview done as per details here people share ,it could take one to week or can take more as depend on case to case

Now i am more confused.. i see many ppl with BGC started in oct with no updates.. seems like comepletely unpredictable... not sure about ppl who are waiting for BGC to start...

I am april 12 applicant and my bckground not even started yet. Do you mind if you share file num. may be NDVO working accordings the file number only if you feel safe.

I have Exact same timeline except BGIC started oct 12th..But no DM/ PPR yet.. Not sure whats going on though. Congratulations to you.

Ok, Did you receive Pre arrival invitation or have ordered the GCM notes?

Is the prearrival invitation when they tell you to "obtain prearrival services once ur application is approved", I got this email in may but still no news on my application

My husbands bgc started in July and We're still waiting

Usually once bcg started the dm will come next day ... but now its unpredictable people whom bcg started in October havent received dm or ppr yet

What?!?! Next day ??? I've been waiting since July
