I need your help I applied my husband pr on march 2016 and I submit court order and final judgment but they need divorce certificate so how I will get it divorce certificate in Gujarat
they give me only 30 days so plz help me

Hi you have to go to same court from where you got divorced for example if you got divorced from Toronto then you have to go to Toronto court or ask your lawyer

Hey guys November 2015 applicant here. Got visa in january 2017. Im posting here to let everyone know that METRO IMMIGRATION firm is a fraud and they are liars. I got my remedical in October and they never told me on time. They informed me after the expiration of the due date which is one month. On asking they said the person who was supposed to check the email was on break from few days and thats why they never saw the email account. But the printing date on my remedical was 15 days before they forwarded me the email. First they stopped answering my calls then they lied. We got the interview because of metro immigration even it was first marriage for both of us with 11 years of communication and i missed the birth of my first child because they never send the medicals to us. They charge like 5 star hotel but their service and staff is like shitt. Whoever is planning to going with metro immigration think twice before you make a decision.

I reside in Canada and planning to apply spousal application for my wife in India. I have couple of queries...could the forum members please help me out.

1. Currently the application is with me in Canada and I plan to send through DHL. To which address I should send to

a.

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

b.

Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

either a or b? If one is sending through Canada post....should one use 'a' address?

2. Application guide mentions...'Send the application package with all the requested documents in a stamped envelope to the address above.'

What does one mean by stamped envelope? Is it postage payment or one should place an empty stamped envelope inside the package?

Could the forum members please let me known.

Good to see atleast someone from 2015 got their visa.

I am oct 2015 applicant. Interview cleared on 1 march. Got additionnal document request next day and was submitted a week later. Now is just waitinggg.....

Should my PCC need to show all addresses i lived with in Punjab India.
My PCC is showing address after Marriage which is my current address.

Do i need a PCC for Old address which was before marriage?
