We did MP inquiry and according to MP our remedical has also been received....but we don't understand what visa office wants from us now and why are we being made to wait for such a long time.....almost two years.....and still no sign of DM and PPR........desperation and frustration

bcz i heard that sponser has to stay in Canada during whole processing of application.
pls suggest senior members.
there is nothing like that, he can stay from 0-5yrs time period for maximum of 2 yrs 6 month outside of canada in total, once he applied for ur sponsorship he can stay wid u upto 2.6 yrs np at all

Seems like visa officers at ndvo doesn't like people visiting usa.

I don't understand what they are doing with our file....we have done GCMS note, MP inquiry and even called IRCC in CIC but all in vain. MP told us to wait...our interview is waived but still no change in file I think very few applicants of 2014 are left.... so may be NDVO might have missed seeing our few left files

Hello !!! My husband is a Canadian Citizen and he married with Indian Citizen so he did the filed in Canada so it was approved in April-2016.Then it already reached in New Delhi.so how much will take for the spouse? She is in India right now.Waiting for the visa
