Hi guys,

Hope we all get update soon.Do any one have any idea that after eligibility passed.We can have interview.... As per notes its passed.

Notes 1# eligibility passed
Notes 2 # Application Approved
Notes 3# Recommended for waiver.

File sent to Registry on 24 Sep-2015.

Notes Say Re-medical updated on 10-Dec-2015.

security and criminality not Started...

Mp is helpless.... they said us to wait for 17 months

Hey i know..I've tried every possible thing us applicants can do and no one seems to have the power to speed up this process.. all the MPs and lawyers recommend to wait it out.. so waiting game it is..

I am going to apply visitor visa for my spouse .

- My MP is giving me supporting letter for visitor visa
- Documents I am submitting Job letter , IT returns , Bank balance , photos and email of communication .
- Medical upfront .

please give me anything I missing and some useful hints .

they need more proofs from applicant side rather than sponsor side when it comes to TRV

Google the address for High Comission of Canada new delhi. It's shantipath one. Just don't forget to put "Family class: spousal" on the envelope

On the day of interview will they allow me along with my wife in the newdelhi Canadian embassy. Or it will only be for my wife.

It will be for you wife only..They will mention on interview letter... So,dont worry.....

I think you can also go with your wife for interview..because a few days back rosesandhu went for interview along with her husband..not sure if the interview was separately done for husband and wife

If sponser is in india at interview time then interview will b for both otherwise if sponser is in canada it will b on phn

The letter of interview clearly states if the sponser is in india at that time he/she is suppossed to aatend the interview with the applicant. So u have to go if u r in india otherwise there is a possibility of phone interview but not necessarily

Day before yesterday we submitt MP enquiry, in the evening my got call from MP office that they checked our file n its in new delhi, and lady also said she cant say right now whats going on with our file, so she need 7-10 bzness day to know whay is our file status... My question is.... Is this the way MP enquiry works or they just make us fool...
