REEYAN I AM FROM INDIA AND AS PER YOUR ADVICE I FILLED AN APPLICATION FOR PCC AND SUBMITTED ONLINE AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE IT WILL

TAKE 10 TO 15 DAYS TO GET THE PCC FROM AUTHORITIES.

Great!!! When did u go for an interview and what did they say about remedical??? As for me, they said they will send it soon and we still haven't receive it yet! Disappointing

I went for interview on 5th Dec 2013 and they said the same thing which they said to you that they are going to send re medical letter soon.

Can you please share your time line??? Interview??? When did u receive ur re-medical letter?? All the the infos??

I agree with you. The problem is they are asking for interview during 'Eligibility' which is the 1st step without even processing medical, criminality or security background checks. That is the biggest problem which is a flaw and is more agonizing for the applicants as they wait first of all for about a year for the interview. And, even after waiting the medical is expired which must be done again and then criminality and security checks take place.

The processing of NDVO is a problem I think, my friends from Sri Lankan embassy have no issues like these even after interviews. NDVO used to give instant visas within 2 weeks after interview as that was deemed to be the last stage and a refusal or acceptance was granted the next day in ECAS. Now, things are different God knows why....

Visa received Jan 25 2014.

The interview was a long one since they had multiple queries in our application - but the officer was patient and very helpful. Made me feel at ease right away and as I walked out, he said "Dont wait for the re-medicals letter, do it upfront and send it".

Ya I did an mp inquiry last week they told me that file is in queue for eligibility review. we should be hearing something in the coming weeks, also I sent an email in dec 2013, to NDVO, they replied to me ystday to me but want some consent forms for husband to sign den they can only give me updates about the file. so will do this tonight... I hope we all hear some good news.. hope u get ur letter soon dear.... ecas has been down for 2 days hope they are updating..!!!!
