nabagataa ,Muksi,Maplegal,zenn and all of my friends pls advice,
NDVO called and cancelled my interview dated feb11 however called my wife in Canada and conducted a telephonic interview on feb25th.
I recd a letter from NDVO in the mail dated March 4th indicating that they need photocopy of my wife's passport all the pages, as my wife stated that she has visited India twice last year.
They also need her T4 and a job letter if applicable along withcopies of her previous divorce papers.
She mailed everything last week.
My medicals will expire on April 18th and my Passport is expiring on July 17th.
Does anyone have any idea what will happen next?
please respond as my patience are running out this endless wait is killing me....

Hey.. Send them a case specific email stating that your medical is expiring... That way if they deem necessary they will send you a mail/email wiz details for the second medical which you will take with you to the medical centre...

I was away for 2 and a half weeks because my husband was here in India. Thanks to NDVO he had to leave work, and come here to spend time with me. It was 6 months since I'd last seen him.

Anyway, he's back in Canada now. And I'm still here. No news, no updates from NDVO. We're hoping next week that the MP can find out for us what is happening with the file.

What's everyone else been up to?

Only they know. I just know that this is really cruel.

I don't know how much more sad I can feel for all of us. Everyday I pray that they will realise this is someone's life they are playing with, not just a bunch of papers.

I got a letter from Delhi dated march 16 , saying they are deleting my sister and officer she is not dependent child, but she has continuos study , she failed twice in MA English and she left this MA and joined MA history.and we received second letter dated march 18 DNA testing for my dad, mother and my younger brother, I called maxam lab for DNA , I paid fee on the phone 728 dollars for three people ,they sent sample kit to the embassy.
And for my sister letter ,they said there is no right of appeal. Medical was done in December , they returned our all passport include my sister passport , we did not recieve original certificate
Is anybody know how to do appeal for my sister.anyone know or anyone have same case about deleting dependtant thanks

Under Secondary/High School - put 5

You have to mention her 3 kids even if they have been adopted and even if they wont come with her to Canada.
