No I'm not a Gujarati ,, im a punjabi female born n brought up in Mumbai ... Cosmopolitan city ... So I understand almost all the languages ... So watch out u can't talk ill bout me in ur local language .....

What it really means... what kind of review after almost the file being under process for 5 months..

My case is in process since Aug ...

I'm sure ur wife will also rcv re medical instruction very soon ... Coz that's what happened with me ...
