Man, how does one kill time!!! This may sound weird but for the last one month I've just been hooked onto NDTV and watching 'nirbhaya's' news! And of course KBC! ;D thinking to join yoga or look for a temp job.

Same thing yaar. I was watching the news off late. Otherwise, surfing net and TV. Its getting extremely frustrating. Doesn't look like they have been assigned enough staff to work.

My situation is even worse..
Working as Soft Engg, had H1 stamped on my Passport in August, Since 1st Oct my company has rescheduled my Onshore assignment 3 times..
MY PM wants me to go ASAP..
Nothing is moving at NDVO..
I play games on phone, surf net, go to gym and have some with friends in my free time..
Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Facebook are few applications that I cannot live without..
I certainly miss my Wife sooooo muuchh as ours is a Love marriage...

It just struck me yesterday when my wife told me about the quota for each class for immigration. Do you guys remember a doc mumble share a few days back. I think that data speaks a lot.
Most probably last year the quota must have been already filled by first half and maybe that the reason why files of applicants from June/July got delayed. Not sure..just my thoughts.
Hopefully starting this year most of us will get our PR within February/March maybe even before that

Are you sure you are checking your own ecas Status and NOT of your sponsor? if you are checking your own status using File number and putting your own surname; when it was changes to DM? did you find your both Canadian and Indian address on Top??
If it was changes recently, you must have to wait for at least 5-6 working days to get your PP depending upon the area in India to be passport delivered by Indian Registered post.

i m checking status through my surname and the file number that we had received in the mail not through sponsors details.. is there any other way of checking the status through sponsors details?? please elaborate.
and both the canadian and indan address are shown on top since almost 2 months now but i've not received my PP
