Hi,thx for the rply. I returned my visa and copr to chc 6 weeks ago due to a major mistake on copr an immigration officer did. I noticed 30/oct in process and 4/nov DM. My wife is still waiting for pp. Do u know any other person who got DM but still waiting for pp?

No there is no need. Even I am in same situation. I asked my consultant, they said no need.

as per your calculations you paid incorrectly initially

Immigration Applications
Permanent Residence
Right of Permanent Residence Fee 2 $490.00 $980.00
Family Class
Sponsorship application (per application) 1 $75.00 $75.00
Principal applicant 1 $475.00 $475.00
A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner 1 $150.00 $150.00
Total: $1680.00
they returned 415 because they only kept [ 475+75+150] = 700
you will have to pay 980$ now
i am not sure why would they waive landing fees for any dependents since the dependents will be landing to canada - right ? hope i helped

Thanks for your answer. I appreciate it. But I checked with CIC here in Canada and I was told to pay CAD 490/- only now which is the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). And it is only CAD 490/- for my wife.

This because as per the CIC instructions guide/website it says - "Note: Dependent children are exempt from paying the Right of Permanent Residence fee".

Since my son is less than an year old, there is no RPRF for him.

Just one more question: The PPR doc. also asks to submit a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) if not submitted. We already included a PCC in my application that I submitted in September. The date of issue for the PCC is 28 June 2012. There is no expiry date/validity period mentioned at all on the PCC. It was issued in Hyderabad.

Should I still send a new PCC or not needed?
