Thnx for replying guys....ma hubby was going to send his passport but immigration consultants told him that since last week its mandetory to have spouse's name on passport ...I also asked lawyer here in canada and they told us the same thing that nowon VO is not gnna accept passport without spouse name....

Yeh your interview is waived...they are just doing final review you will be hearing something in few days.

jas09 your timeline is very similar to mine.. if your case if pretty straight forward, no complications, then you will most likely hear something during this week.

Hi everyone!
My hubby got called by CHC ND this morning. They asked him to verify his date of birth and asked which address should they send his passport to.
On ECAS it shows my consultant's address in canada.

What does this phone call indicate? Does that mean they've decided not to interview him?
does that mean they will send his passport back with visa?

My timeline:
Application filed: APRIL 4
Transferred to ND: JULY 9
PPR: JULY 24
PP received by ND: AUG 2

I believe we don't have to add spouse name in Passport...

We just checked our E-case status and it shows that :

" A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision "

Does anyone know how long it will take to get Passport now ?

Our Visa office : New Delhi .
