Can someone please help me. I asked this Question on Friday but no one replied. MY wife missed a call from the consulate. How long does it take for them to call again. Please reply based on your experience or if you have heard of someone's story.
Even I missed their call some 10 days back , but recently I've received a letter which was probably sent because I didn't receive their call. They called me for requesting my passport which I already did send some 24 days back... Today I'm sending them mail with cover letter . Stating I've already send it. U can notify them through email that missed their calls n are ready to answer any further inquiries... Format n contact information can be found on their website on Enquiries

hi i too hav travel history but i dnt knw if travel history delays the case or not same people say it does n some say not m also confused.. if we had already subbmitted the PCC then what other BC they want to do isnt that PCC enough ??

I would say it depends if you for your own place or going to rent a new apartment or something Caz If going to rent a new place means depositing 1st and last months rent which would be around 2000 right there.
Landed back in Canada this weekend as Permanent Resident. Process was pretty smooth ... took less than 10 minutes for all the formalities to be done! Thanks everyone!
My spouse received an email from ND about requesting a PCC but I have already sent the certificate. Then 10 minutes later they sent another email saying to ignore the first email as they have the PCC. Should I be worry or is that normal? Has that happened to anyone

I dont know about the second email about ignoring the first email.In my wifes case I received email requesting for Passport.In that they told me submit Landing Fee ( if not already paid ) , PCC ( If not already submitted) and Original Passport.I sent package with Original passport and photo copy of PCC and Certified Demand Draft as proof along with a cover letter stating that Fee and PCC already submitted with the Application....Hope this helps...

Send them a letter stating how you recieved two emails like this. To avoid any misunderstanding, I am reattaching the PCC.
Status changed to in process....says 'started processing on 19th sep'.
Will be submitting my passport 2nd week october as im out of india currently...
Also today my father received a call from the embassy asking for my passport...as in they did mention that they need my pp for further processing. Now im a bit confused...as in i don't know if there is any DM made yet...or will they take a decision only after i send them my pp?
And after my ppr dated 21st Aug, i sent them a mail regarding pp submission at the final stage...i still have not received any reply to that mail...
