Yes he was in Australia for a year and a half on student visa. We got married in Jan in India and then he went back to Australia and i came to Canada. I filed my application on April 4th and Went to visit him in Australia during the summer for a month. When he got his PPR he was done his school in Australia so he went back to India and sent in his PP. Along with the PP he also sent proof that i went to visit him during the summer.
We sent pics, copies of my PP, and copy of my ticket to Australia.

I think me visiting him really supported our case and helped convince the visa officer that our relationship is truly genuine.

This is just my observation...

For March apps, it was been seen that first they got DM , then the address in Ecas get updates...
Now for April , many got the address updates first...

Hope this is gonna be good signs and faster DMs....

I think its not possible to get sponsorship Approval just in 12 days....

Yes that is correct. Even I got 2 CPRs. One has my photo attached and the other one is just plain.

Hi forum members,

Hope everyone's been fine.
I have a question. My current employer is not relieving me unless i serve 3 months of notice period. And that obviously means that I will not get my experience letter in hand. I am nevertheless quitting. Does not having my releiving letter put me in any kind of a problem at the time of port of entry interview?

How easy/difficult are port of entry interviews? I am flying on Oct 5.
Someone please clarify. I would highly appreciate.

Hi Guys,my spouse sponsorship file was transferred to Delhi visa office from cic canada on 24th july 2012, received passport requested and sent on 20th August 2012 to Delhi office..any idea when can i expect my passport back or interview? my online status is application received on 31st May 2012 and medical results have been received....thanks
