I have seen your post and its looks like you have changed your spouse address. So my question is, I also wanted to change my wife's address bz she is moving so if i change address then what do you think> they not gonna make mistake to send her passport back to old address, right

when you change address? was they showing new address on ecas? did you wife get her passport at new address or old address?\

Parth i guess you got the wrong person here, i never changed my wife address on ECAS. it has always been the same.

When does status in ECAS turn to In Process?

If you guys, remember, in our case, NDVO sent us a Passport request email containing the letter for some other person. This was 23 July 2012.
Since then we sent emails to them and were waiting for their reply. After waiting a good month and a half, we sent our passport to NDVO with an explanation letter on 1st & it was delivered to NDVO on 3rd september.

Now, when I go to ECAS, it shows In Process for our status and says they started processing our application on 3rd September.

This surprises me. I mean our passport was delivered to NDVO only on 3rd Sep. How can they immediately set the status to In Process.

Any Thoughts friends??

Hi Guys..My status got updated to Decision Made on Sep 07, 2012. It went to in-process on Aug 30. Hopefully we would getting the passport soon. All the best to all of you. The process is going fairly quick and I hope it remains the same...
