CanadaVisa2012, I think there was a backlog of applicants of Jan-Feb-Mar in CIC...and they have now decided to process these backlog..as we are nearing the end of 3rd quarter. After all they must be having their own internal statistics targets.

There are some odd 122 members in this Group Forum...and today about 10 ppl got their DM's...There must be around 400-500 ppl in all of India who have applied under FAM from New Delhi in 2012....so you can imagine how fast they are working to arrive at the DM's.

Yes santrek12 well said, I agree with you, from the spread sheet I see that still their are many App. from Jan and Feb waiting for their DM to be made. All are on the edge of DM. I think NDVO giving 50% DM to new month App. and 50% to previous month App.
