1) If there is an interview call, do both husband (sponsor) and wife (applicant) have to attend the interview?
I am the husband/sponsor and live here in Canada..so do I have to be with my wife IF there is an interveiw call or she can attend alone? No both do not have to attend the interview. only ur wife. But they do state in the interview letter that they may call you during ur wife's interview for questions or anything.. But if you are in india.. or would like to attend the interview ur more then welcome to attend it and accompany ur wife.
2) Is there any harm in applying for GCMS notes? I have never applied before? So just wondering if there was any option etc that we SHOULD NOT select while applying for the notes? NO harm in getting the notes done.. I wised I had done it sooner.. I waited too long, and now I found out that there was ppr in march 2012.. stupid lawyers....Notes are just a detail case history about your file..
(Never thought I would apply for those notes, but thanks to NDVO and this endless wait...I have to do it now I guess) no probsss

OMG I'm getting so nervous abt my hubby's interview now! I didn't get approve for my time off since it was such short notice,( I wanted to go to India, to the interview with my hubby) and Xmas is around the corner, work is becoming very busy. I know it's not nesscary for me to attend the interview with my hubby, but I was hoping this would give us bonus points, since our case is a little bit different. I pray everything goes well and we get our visa very soon.

Hello may I ask you how short noticed your husband got. Like what is the time they say to attend the interview. I will apply for my leave in advanced as she might get an interview as well.
