My case was totally screwed by strike, as soon as it is lifted I got DM

In response to your e-mail yes the client has passed eligibility the file is in process in New Delhi next step would be the background verifications which have not started yet and the meds are expired however no request has been sent to the client yet..

What do you think from above response whether Interview is waived or recommended.It does not say anything other than background and meds expired....Comments welcome

Order gcms notes. I have.. But still waiting for them will come
Next week. And u knw interview might be just for formaltites.. It does happen..so good luck my friend!!

Thanks mate and good luck to you as well..I am in HYD and can I apply for GCMS notes if I am outside Canada..If yes how do I get them...i.e Thru Email or Thru post...Thanks

Hey wait can be any where from 2 weeks to 3 months
but as it looks like ndvo are working much faster now
To clear that backlog.. I don't think will tht long.

Gcms notes:

Your spouse or u can or order .. In my case im canadian citizen i applied for them while I'm india..rite now. U will have to provide proof.. Like canadian passport.. Or pr I'd..and also form(IMM5744) which will need to be filled out and signed. Consent access information request. You need to pay $5 fee with a credit card.. And u will also fill out the form online.. Which very use.. And u can decide if you like the notes sent to u by email or paper / cd form. I have attached the link.. You can take look. And get started from there it will take 30 days for them come..

Hi Gurinder,

99 % Interview is the last step coz if it gets cleared visa is issued right away.
I have tonnes of friends who got interviewed and PP was held in embassy to stamp visa .

Sorry about thatthey do it before conducting interview.. Interview is the last step.. As somone said b4....have guys done mp inquiry..it will take only 3-5 days for reply.. I also did that

I have conducted MP enquiry but they didn't mentioned anything about the background and security checks. It just says after initial review file has Been recommended for the interview. That's it
