Hi Guys

Sent my passport to NDVO on May 27th. My status is still showing application received on April 4th.

Ecas is not showing whether NDVO has received my medicals or not. Should I contact doctor to make sure medical was sent or not ?does everyone get status medical received ?
Generally how much time it takes to be "In. Process" after sending passport ? Do we know cases where status changed from application received to decision made directly?

With Inprocess you would be able to get medical received.there are cases were files went from application received to DM.You have just applied in April 2013 patience .................

It is just ridiculous . How CIC-M could send an application to CHC-New Delhi when an applicant is a Pakistani Citizen.......Just beyond my imaginations......Don't send your passport out of country in any case. I don't think it is legal though. If you have a file number or UCI just send an email mark Urgent to NDVO or CIC-M or ask your spouse to contact the call center in Canada.

Something is wrong for sure.......

"You must select the visa office that serves your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted for at least one year."
Hope that is a mistake from CPC if you have selected the right office while submitting the application

Relax that is ok.

I am a March 2013 applicant. We sent our passport and landing fee receipt on the 2nd of may 2013, which ndvo received on the 3rd of may 2013. Since then my status is application received. dont worry. if you have already mailed them your medicals with the package earlier I donot think that there should be a problem. Just hang in their.

I am an OCT APPLICANT AND PASSPORT WAS REQUESTED IN MARCH 2013.
Its been almost almost 3 months since my passport was sent..

Everyone is getting the passports back... Same here I haven't received my passport back either as of yet. So, sooooooooooooooooooooo pissed off..

what happened to your BFD in june ?

BFD date was June 1st 2013 but I did not hear anything yet.........It is hot in Delhi and NDVO must be relaxing under Air conditioned office of CHC. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

What to to do other than wait.........................
