So, I can speck, write & listining thoroughly. and Hindi too. But I don't have IELTS certificate. So, at the moment can I apply for Immigration to Canada As a Skilled Worker/Professional?
Currently you are supposed to apply under simplified application process. So you just need to submit your application with the processing fee and you will have to wait for years 4 to 5. Then you will be asked by the CHC to provide the required documents.
You will probably be asked to take IELTS. I was asked to do the same and my lawyer advised me to just accede to their request. You better start preparing for the exam. It take a while just to reserve a seat even in the United States. You will need the time..
