New Application Forms Checklist for Pakistan

Hello,
I just wanted to make sure that i am including all the forms before applying for my spouse in Pakistan. The following are the documents listed on CICs website:

Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344) July 2016
Sponsorship Evaluation and Relationship Questionnaire (IMM 5532)
Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 505.13 KB)
Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570.00 KB)
Supplementary Information – Your travels [IMM 5562)
Authorization to Disclose Information [IMM 5536]

Also:
Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (PDF, 424.19 KB)
And Military Service
Both the forms are needed if applicable!

Am i missing any other forms here for Pakistan?

You've got it covered. Theres the Schedule A which principal applicant will be asked for later.
Make sure you use the latest IMM0008 that came out this saturday (although its not different from the previous one)

Even if its not applicable, be sure to submit the Military service form. Write N/A in all fields.

Thank you for the input. Should I be including additional dependends form too then and write N/A similar to the military form?. I will make sure that the date and the number on IMM008 matches, as i also printed that out just his week!

Nope. Because its only if your dependants are more than 3(or 5). Which is not the case. You dont need to submit it.

This is from the list of country specific forms required from Pakistani prinicpal applicants. Check the country specific forms requirements for USA applicants at cic.gc.ca
