Hi,

My husband has to submit all the papers for FSW program by this week. We are facing problem regarding my birth certificate. In my birth certificate my father's name mentioned is not the complete one i mean the initials of my fathers name is mentioned and on my passport complete name of my father is mentioned.

Also in my birth certificate and passport my permanent address mentioned are different.

I am trying to get new birth certificate but due to Nagar Nigam elections at my birth place it seems difficult to get the birth certificate.

Does anyone has faced this type of issue. If yes pls pls guide me what he/she has done to correct this issue.

Thanks alot.

Initial on Birth Certificate will not affect your case. You will be attaching several documents where your father name will be repeated.

Address on Birth Certificate does not needs to be same as Passport Address.

Relax and apply.

It'll just be fine Neha. Dont worry.
Just send additional papers which will reflect your relation with your father. send that in addition to your birth cert.

hi,
I have different problem. I don't have birth certificate and Indian consulate have already said NO. Also back in india my dob is not matching with my passport. Anyone knows any alternate way, do we have any additional birth certificate template which can be filled and attested by notory?
