I am international student with work permit under English school. The place that i work with want to help me with LMO. I got reject answered a month ago and my boss are trying to help me for second time. My visa will expire 31 May!!!
- Can i extend my visa under imply status condition? I have to submit LMO reception date and so on... PS: my boss can't submit LMO application on time (14 days job bank process which will fall on 31 May) it is one day delay!
- CIC Call center told me to give explanation letter it will be fine. Is that correct? I can call to update LMO file ID later? the website said i can't do that. But for god sake it just one day!
- Can i work during my implied status?
I know i am really short of time but i did check with everybody that i know and i got different answer. Hope u can help me. Thank for your help and advise. I am very in stress now
