I have done my Graduation from National Institute of Management (NIM) from 2008-2011 and have all the marksheets and certificates however in 2016 the institute has been blacklisted and has got shut down.
While applying for Canadian PR I need to have the transcripts for my degree which is next to impossible to get as the institute is not replying to my emails and all their contact numbers on website is switched off.
There is no way I can apply for the PR. Is there anything I can do to get my transcripts or to file my application without transcripts.
