Name of Institution in WES Canada application

Hi all,
I have completed my MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, so what should I mention in name of institution in the application, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies or Symbiosis International University are both are available in the drop down list. Also the governing body/university is SIU.
Though I have mentioned Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and now I am not able to make changes for the same. Is it OK if I have mentioned Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies as institution whereas the transcripts will be send by SIU.
Confused for the same. Kindly help.

Hi all ,

please let me know what should i fill in the name of the institution , it shold be my college name (brahmaiah college) or name of the university to which it is affiliated (JNTU).
