need urgent advice..hellppp!!! please

i need an urgent advice friends..m gonna apply for canada study visa ..some agents are saying to apply under spp category and some are saying for non-spp.. m really not sure which category would suit be best..i want to go for pg diploma for 2 years in any canadian college or university..i have an extended degree passed in april 2015 and since then i took ielts and then took DELF A1 and A2 exams..m really confused right now..one of the agents is charging me 15 lacs for getting student study visa in which 1st semester fee and one way airticket will be included and saying me to pay everything after getting visa..but will apply under non-spp..i had 9-10 backlogs in my B.tech degree and completed it in 5 years instead of 4 years.. plzz help what to do..if god forbid i get refusal under non-spp ,can i apply under spp then??

buddy You should apply under spp and that agent is totally fake.
don't listen to that guy because it gonna ruin your career.

1. INR 15 Lacs...Its a scam. You are a B.Tech, why don't you apply by yourself?
2. If you get refused under any category, you won't be able to apply under SPP ever again.
