hi i am frm india graduated with 79% in 2015 ielts experience 2 years,, 6.5 each 6 ielts score,, i applied under spp in 2017 got refusal then in jan 2018 applied non spp got refusal again, now i want to apply for university can you tell me can i apply for SDS or University or general category ????
