need to know whether i will get the visa if i apply for 1 yr course

hey i have recieved offer for 1 yr pg certificate in wireless networks. my finance is good... i have finished my B.E in Electronic and Communication Engineering. now if i apply for visa will it get processed.

if dont have any gap problem, funds are good, and meet minimum IELTS requirement under SPP program. if this the case you will definately get Study Visa.

i finished my degree last yr april 2009... and my over all band is 7 with speakin 6.5 writin 5.5 readin 8 and listenin 8.5......is there chances of denial now....

My case is similar to you my overall score is 6.5 with reading - 7, listening - 7.5, speaking 6.5 but writing 5.5 (my badluck) I am also scared about it because I have heard that canadian high commission requires overall 6.5 and minimum score of 6 in each module for postgraduate programs. But if you look at SPP guidelines it shows overall 6 bands and minimum 5.5. So I am a bit confused about it looking for the same answer.

Please tell have you submitted your file to Canadian High Commission for study permit. Please tell me whatever your result is. and I am to looking for admission in George Brown in Postgraduate diploma in Wireless Networking after my B.tech in Computer Engg. I would like know what is the FEE of this program for all the 3 terms of this program??

As far as I am concern if your IELTS score is sufficient than there will be no problem.

Hi Varun,

The SPP rules only state that the overall band must be not less than 6.0 Only that some colleges have a higher requirement for their courses. If you have received an unconditional offer for the course, then you are good to apply for the visa !
