Need to clear doubts for creating EE profile

hello, I am a PGWP holder. I have a doubt on the question of "Do I have a job offer in Canada?" Should this be yes or no. As I am working as cook in restaurant and that is NOC B position and aiming to get 1 year experience in this to be eligible for CEC. It is not related to field of study. Can it be issue for EE or Alberta Express Entry.

that option is for LMIA Job offer, not the regular one which is in your case
