On my ecas it says they sent me correspondence on April 19, but I check mycic and there is nothing there! I called cic and they said it's for schedule A and sent me a technical issue report to fill out. I completed this yesterday!
What should I do? How do I get the schedule A request?!
Help!

You wont get the request. Many are experiencing this. Follow their instructions and submit through ircc webfprm and submit a tech issue

They just told us to submit the tech issue and that we would receive an email in a few days (she didn't know how long)
Do you think the email would just be instructions for the webform?
How about medicals? Should I be concerned about not receiving those yet?
Should I just go ahead and submit schedule A over webform?
What should I include with the schedule A? PCC?
Is using the webform reliable?

Hi there .. yes its reliable ..coz i uploaded my schedule A nd pcc through webform nd they got it .. though they has slowed down recently but they will attach it .. so u can go ahead nd upload via webform ..dont forget to hand sign ur schedule a .. also in the description box attach this exact sentence " please upload the documents and attach it with my application " .. nd it may take more than 10 days for them to attach the docs ..
Did you send the technical report as well?

No. the request came to my accnt so i was able to upload in gckey
Thanks everyone. I still don't now if I should upload on webform or wait for request on gckey
We are facing the same issue. Correspondence issued April 17th, but nothing received. Not even in regular mail.
I plan to call CIC tomorrow. Would they specifically let which countries are required for PCC?
If I submit this over webform, can I print out a copy as well and send it in the mail?
