If one person who is legally divorced has Canadian PR and wants to marry with another legally divorced person who do not have Canadian PR. Is there is any minimum time period to wait after divorce from first marriage to apply for immigration for spouse. Are there are any challenges to sponsor a spouse in such cases who is divorced earlier?
How did you get PR? This may impact the answer.
The person has PR based on the Immigration as a skilled worker through Express Entry.
I would apperciate if you could answer on this.
Can you please help me in getting the resolution of this query.
