Yes - you will go through landing procedures in Toronto and will have to collect your luggage. Two hours may be enough or it may not be - it really depends on how busy the immigration counter is (we always recommend people have 3-4 hours between flights to be safe). If all of your travel is booked as a single trip through a single airline - then if you end up missing your flight, the airlines should simply automatically put you on the next scheduled flight to Windsor.

thanks for quick reply, yeah all the flights are from same company Lufthansa and operated by air canada. ill be quick there and will tell officer that i have next connecting flight just to make sure. i hope everything goes well as it is my 1st time international flight.

Those Air Canada Toronto-Windsor flights have a bad tendency of last minute cancellations. Hope you don't get caught during one of them. Good luck.

There is only so much you can rush these things because you will have to do things like wait for baggage and then go through security again to get your next flight. If possible I would take the next flight or at least look into whether there is a next flight that day with seats available in case you need to be put on the next flight. Things would have to go perfectly with no line-ups for you to make the next flight.
