Immigration Time at Toronto Airport for new arrival

Hello Hello people!! I will be traveling to Canada from the US. I need to do formalities of Good to Carry and Goods to follow upon landing. My destination province of PR is saskatchewan. I have a connecting flight from Toronto to Saskatoon. My question is - can someone please guide me how much time this immigration usually take including goods to follow or any such formlities? I have a gap of 6 hours between my landing flight in Toronto and next flight to saskatoon. So want to make sure time is enough and then will go ahead and book my ticket. NOTE: I had done soft landing in Canada via road in past (windsor tunnel) and I have received my PR card already. But at that time the immigration officer told me that I can submit the Goods To Carry form and Goods To Follow form eventually when I am actually moving in. My soft landing visit was only till the immigration checkpoint and then return on the same day.

That is more than enough time. You have already done soft landing and PR card.
